Yes. We ask that the home be completely empty before your scheduled move-out cleaning. This allows our team to thoroughly clean every room, including floors, closets, cabinets, and other hard-to-reach areas without any obstructions. Having the home emptied before we arrive helps us provide the highest quality service and ensures your property is move-in ready.
No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key or code and we’ll take care of everything!
Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at support@curacleanco.com and we’ll send you our current documentation.
We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
Yes, we supply all the necessary equipment to make your home or office shine.
Payment is due the day of each cleaning. Most customers pay by major credit card or check.
Yes. All cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the price of your service. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade products and tools, so you don’t have to provide anything. If you have a specific product you’d like us to use due to allergies or personal preference, just let us know before your appointment and we’ll be happy to accommodate whenever possible.
